AI VFX Pipeline (2025)
An AI-powered visual effects pipeline built to take raw footage and transform it into composited VFX shots. Three modules handle distinct parts of the process — automated scene analysis, environment compositing, and intelligent green screen keying. The entire pipeline runs locally.

AI Animation Pipeline (2025)
Give it a picture and it hands you back a rigged, animated 3D model ready to drop into Unreal, Unity, or Blender. Five AI stages — background removal, image-to-3D mesh, auto-rigging, text-to-motion, and retarget/export. Runs locally on one GPU, about ten minutes start to finish.

Mars Unreal Engine Operator (2025)
An AI operator that takes ownership of Unreal Engine production work — Blueprints, materials, animation, retargeting, cinematics, and text-to-motion — running locally on a single NVIDIA GPU alongside the Unreal editor. Built across six engineering phases on UE 5.7 with an RTX 3090.
